Afterlove formed through an extension of Phil Irvine, Adam Cormier, and James Jarosil's previous band Tedd.

The trio has been writing and performing together since 2009 with Phil Irvine (lead vocalist), James Jarosil (lead guitar, backup vocalist), Adam Jako (rhythm guitar, keyboards, backup vocalist), Simon Innes (bass) and Mike Ashton (drums).

Our sound is unique; combining alternative rock with disco, dance and pop.

Since it's inception, Simon Innes was introduced to represent their increased musical maturity and developed sound. Mike Ashton was introduced to the band in 2015 by their mentor and producer Alfio Annibalini.

The band has recorded four studio singles (Don't Weigh Me Down, Behave Yourself, Feeling Good, and In You) at Toronto's Orange Lounge with Alfio Annibalini and features guest performances by Andy Curran of SRO/Anthem and Tim Oxford of the Arkells.
